My work bridges education, business and governance. I bring nearly two decades in private and transnational education, supported by more than 30 years in senior executive, entrepreneurial and advisory roles — including Business Owner, CEO, COO, Principal, Academic Director and Academic Board Chairman.
I have worked with school owners, investors and leadership teams from Singapore, China, Japan and the United Kingdom. This cross-cultural experience helps me understand different expectations of governance, educational quality, institutional partnerships and sustainable growth.

I continue to teach, supervise and work closely with learners and academic teams. This keeps my advisory work connected to what matters most: whether education remains rigorous, relevant and capable of preparing students for a changing workplace.
My Doctor of Business Administration research examined leadership sensemaking, entrepreneurial orientation and growth mindset in Singapore's private education sector. It strengthened a principle that guides my work: institutions need more than data and plans — they need leaders who can recognise weak signals, exercise sound judgement and act with agility.
